Consultation Period:

Status:
Closed

Detailed Description

Aim
The Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) is a statutory board set up under the Ministry of National Development in 2010 to regulate and develop the real estate agency industry in Singapore. CEA is now conducting a public perception survey to gauge consumer perception and expectation of real estate salespersons (commonly known as property agents).

Background
We would like to get your feedback and views on your experience with the salesperson you engaged for your property transaction. The findings will help CEA gain insights into the industry and design relevant policies that will benefit both consumers and the industry.

Interested parties who have engaged salespersons to assist in their property transactions (transaction completed on or after July 2014) can click on this link to participate in the survey. The survey is open until 15 Feb 2016.
