Detailed Description

This public consultation paper seeks views on the proposed Notification of Purpose and Legal or Business Purpose approaches as parallel bases for collecting, using and disclosing personal data, and the proposed mandatory data breach notification regime under the PDPA. These proposals are part of the PDPC's review of the PDPA.
