The Singapore Model Parliament (SMP) is a flagship youth programme organised by REACH, the national feedback and engagement unit.
SMP gives you an opportunity to gain insights on our parliamentary system and policymaking process, experience the rigour of debating on national issues in Parliament itself, and meet fellow youths who care about the future of Singapore.
This programme is open to all full-time tertiary students, youths waiting to enter tertiary institutions, and NSFs!
Singapore Model Parliament 2022 is happening on 8, 9 and 15 October 2022.

Inaugurated in 2012, SMP is a flagship youth programme organised by REACH, the government feedback and engagement unit under the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI).
SMP was created to expose local youths to the parliamentary system and policymaking process, through simulation activities that mirror the work of MPs in Singapore. The platform is for youths who are passionate about current affairs to engage with national issues and policies.
