Citizen Engagement Handbook

Get Into Action, Be Part of REACH

Ever wondered what it means to be an active citizen? How you can be involved and engaged in the policy-making process?

REACH produced a handy booklet illustrating how you can make your views heard and make a difference in the policy-making process.

Using eye-catching comic illustrations, the Citizen Engagement Handbook [PDF:9.76MB] explains what public consultation is and the channels available for you to share your views. It spells out the guidelines of public consultation – the Government's role as well as your role in the process of consultation.
