李显龙总理将于2018年8月19日发表今年的国庆群众大会演讲。配合李总理的演讲，民情联系组（REACH）将在2018年9月1日下午2点30分，和96.3好FM联办一场华语对话会，邀请国人集思广益，共同探讨国家未来。

这场对话会的主宾是贸工部高级政务部长许宝琨医生，内政部兼国家发展部高级政务次长孙雪玲，以及民情联系组主席陈振泉。陈振泉也是外交部兼社会及家庭发展部政务部长。

REACH will be organising its annual public forum on the National Day Rally. The session will be chaired by Dr Koh Poh Koon, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry & Ministry of National Development, and Ms Sun Xueling, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs & Ministry of National Development, will co-chair a Public Forum in Chinese. The forum will be facilitated by Mr Sam Tan.
