REACH and Lianhe Zaobao will be co-organising a Mandarin dialogue on 26 August, 3.00pm to 5.00pm. The session will be chaired by Minister (Prime Minister's Office), Mr Chan Chun Sing, and Minister of State (Prime Minister’s Office, Manpower & Foreign Affairs) and REACH Chairman, Mr Sam Tan.
