REACH and Lianhe Zaobao will be co-organising a Mandarin dialogue on 8 September, 7.00pm to 9.00pm. 

The session will be chaired by Minister, Prime Minister's Office, Mr Chan Chun Sing and facilitated by Minister of State, Prime Minister's Office & Ministry of Manpower and REACH Chairman, Mr Sam Tan.
