The fair consideration framework has been implemented since 2015, I would like to request the success rate of Singaporeans being matched to jobs posted in the jobs bank. Other information that i like to know are the job title, job skills and job segmentation by sectors.
With these data, the policy outcome of FCF can be reviewed and if success rate of matching locals to jobs is low as in less than 90%, then there will be a need to review FCF design.
My ex boss posted in FCF, and he was a poor manager, who used threats and humiliation. He once said job seekers who posted their profiles on FCF must have deficiencies.
I wonder how many employers have such mindsets.
