The chinese lunar new year is almost 2 months away. Hopefully NEA can advise food providers (hotels/restaurants/caterers) to avoid using raw fish meat in the traditional annual lo hei menu.

This supposed to be good luck dish may bring bad luck to some unfortunate consumers who land themselves in hospital during this joyous season. Hopefully the food providers can whip out some substitute for the raw fish meat that can also depict good luck. After all we are human. Why must we lower our status to that of a wild animal eating raw meat?
