MSF seeks feedback on Women's Charter

The Ministry of Social and Family Development invites you to give feedback on the draft Women’s Charter (Amendment) Bill.

These are the proposed areas of amendments – (a) putting the child first in divorce through a Mandatory Parenting Programme for divorcing parents, (b) allowing maintenance for incapacitated men who cannot work to support themselves, (c) strengthening the protection of women, girls and professionals, and, (d) upholding the institution of marriage by voiding convicted “Marriage(s) of Convenience”.
