Respect for staff in workplace

I like to bring out this some family run businesses which enrol their own family members to work in management position does not give due respect to its staff.

Yesterday I pointed out that a wrong label was used for a product to be sold in another country, only to be put down by the CEO's son, making remarks like I was creating a big issue because they have to reprint the labels which will result in cost and delay.

I like to ask how can our esteemed tripartite alliance for fair employment going to help us working class who is not being treated with due respect.

Didn't our esteemed govt say they are for us, with us and for Singapore?

What is the definition of that? Really hope to hear replies from our esteemed ministries and ministers.

Thank you.
