Why stop short at 'decals to remind patrons to return their trays'? Just make central tray self-return points compulsory and have the cleaners clean up any spills to keep the place clean, hygienic and pigeon free.

Current hawker centres are often infested with pigeons squatting on overhead pipes and *****ing everywhere, as plates of food remains are not cleared away timely. This initiative should also be extend to all existing hawker centres rather than just for the 10 new ones.
