I don't really understand why despite paying for all the medical tests, none of the medical institute provides Medical reports and/or diagnosis to customers. If the intent behind is to keep these reports in the central repository to share with all the medical institutes across Singapore then yes that can be kept in the form of soft copy but atleast the hard copy should be provided to patients for their records.

This is first time I have seen that one needs to pay double i.e., to get the test done, PAY, to get the reports also PAY........Completely *****

If Patients wants to have second opinion from overseas doctors, then one needs to go again all the hassles of tests and money. In the recent years, government promoted Singapore for patients as a Medical hub but forgot that the expenses charged to patients are more than the blood *****ing. Seems like Medical profession in Singapore is becoming money *****ing business.

I hope all the posts and concerns posted in this portal is heard by the ministers otherwise this portal is nothing but a blog.

Don't insult our local medical standard. Second opinion can be found in Singapore, no need to get second opinion from overseas doctors.
