Singapore Population and Demography
Could the relevant authorities confirm this? If true, why is this sitution allowed to happen?
Could the gov authorities publish the justification to allow this or evaluation done on the social impact, our way of life and the effects of this result to our populations demography going into the future?

Actually Singaporeans are being outnumbered.
Be it whatever Nationality from where, against the combined total population of Singaporean citizens.
So your address of Nationality against specific ethnic race of Singaporeans is somewhat "unnecessary".

If figure is true, are you saying we should stop having maids?

You yourself is implying that Pinoys only come here as maids? Then you are very wrong.
Insurance companies, Call Centres, Banks, Nurses in hospitals, Customer Service agents in Uniqlo, Engineers in Apple Inc . . .are Pinoys, too.
But these companies have done a very bad job for the past 5 years after recruting them. They can speak English, but most of them do ot have the basic responsibility and dedication to their work in Banks and worse, lousy in customer service skills.
I remembered I used to hear them shouting like mad in Giordano and when I needed to renew the companies insurance plan, I had to perform their work. Every year, the Manager had to be roped in to clean- up her mess and reporting errors.

Seek more on the government's intentions and less on the numbers. The former is what that they trying very hard to cover.

I am no fan of the PAP but this cannot be true.
I compare SG Malay & Indian Citizens vs Filipino SPRs & non-residents.
According to PHL embassy (not PAP) in 2011,
177K
Pinoys in SG (100K PMETs + 77K Maids)
SG Malay-Indian Citizens 0.25*3m =
750K
.
Citizens of course also include some FTs-turned-citizens & these include Pakistani/Bangladeshi Muslims who are classified as "Indian FT" (not just Hindus)
The problem is that Pinoys are over-represented in the white collar PMET jobs & it look as though they are everywhere.
There are of course some suggestions that Pinoys outnumber SG Eurasian Citizens (THink of Mr Michael Palmer)
There are also Pinoys turned SG citizens but so far it appears they are statistically insignificant.
