I am 62 yea rold.

Paid S$70 for a Boxer-cise course every 8 sessions for teh past 9 months and will continue to do so.

Paid S$35 for Chen-si taijiquan every 12 sessiosn for te apst few years.

Paid S$160 for Yong CHun every 10 sessison - too expensive and stopped.

Paid $60 for 8 session fo Helath Qi-gong class..I stopped recently to cut cost.

COntemplating paying S$160 for 12 session XIng Yi ......

Look like if I will to remain physically active, I need to spend between S$200pm to S$300pm.

WIll PA provide more subsidies for those elderly who wanted to take up Yong CHun or XIng YI or other physiclalya ctive courses such that they do not need to spend S$200 to S$300pm?

Oh yes, after tkaing up Taiqiquan for a few years and Boxer-cise for teh past 9 months, my knee msucles are somewhat strengthen and I cna walk up and down escalators or satirs at City Hall, Bishan and Toa Payoh MRT stations without pain as I am sufferign from oste-arithitis of the kness.

For thsoe who are able, I will encourage them to tkae up Helath Qi-gng and Boxer-cise at our lcoal CC.
It is fun...and make you feel young again!

Be one and only one, a master of all trade is a master of nothing, learn what is enough will do, don't need to care about comparing with others, stick to your own ground, stay healthy will do, don't waste too much on too many and end up nothing due to confusion after too many intake to your learning.
