i got into a road block (at 5 pm) recently and was told by the TP that the intent was to nab cars without child seats for children less than 1.3m. The 'reward; was $120 and 3 demerit points.

What puzzle me is:

i)What happens when the children took a cab with parents and cabs do not carry child seat as well?
ii) It is a waste of resources since the operation will not be able to address those children in cabs?
iii) Let the public make their own decision, guess its time for TP to re-think their intent. (For my case, my boy was not feeling well and had fall asleep after his medication. Thus in my wife's hand.
iv)On a separate incident, TP replied that they do not investigate traffic accident that do not involve loss of govt property or injury. However, i would like to think this instance requires more attention than the previous.
