This letter is directed to LTA and traffic police.  Apologize in advance as this mail will be very blunt and may not be your liking. Firstly had LTA turn blind? Even blind can see every other day trucks are speeding above the limit. What the hell do you stick a limit on the truck when there is no enforcement? Get out of your office and come to Jalan Bahar before exit into NTU. Guarantee you will see a mirror image of F1.  Are you naive to the fact that the construction industries are culprit promoting speeding with their quest to meet date line? Cement trucks drivers earn by no of trips and the same goes for container carriage. How many more lives do you want to kill before you take decisive action? Also how often we see a prime mover being used in the night for non commercial purpose? All these ring a bell? Dont give me crap about raising productivity that we compromise on safety for all road users. Sure there are better way to do things.
By the way are LTA technology dumb? Are you sure you have not heard of speed regulators? Why waste time and man hour for enforcement. Just ensure all commercial vehicle are fitted with a max 70km/hr speed regulator and forever no more reckless speeding.
Please no more BS and start taking decisive action. Frankly I'm no fan of Low thia Kiang but no wonder people are so ***** off. Because by the day your once model admin is now obsolete run by brain dead scholars earning fat pay but refuse to change SOP for fear of failure.

LTA/TP only good at hiding at corner & taking pictures & collecting $$$

Have you seen some double-white lines on the PIE shorter than 1m ? That's good indicator for their brain power.
