Food centers (better known as hawker centers) stall owners licensee and their approved assistants should wear licence tag ....now you can't tell if they are bona fide food handlers or just part timers ...also food handlers should be wearing caps or hair net to prevent hairs or dandruff from dropping onto food and cover their nose and mouth with mask when serving food...
